Description
ETHIOPIA Yirgacheffe Gr.1 – Aricha (Washed) in Coffee Bean/ Ground Coffee.
Taste Note:
- Espresso – Aroma features floral hints of rose and lemon balm. Balanced acidity with bergamot and pink grapefruit notes. Final touch of sweet candied ginger and orange blossom.
- Pour Over – Floral fragrance with rose and lemon balm. Citrus and spicy flavors reminiscent of pink grapefruit and candied ginger. A lingering, pleasant aftertaste.

Located in Yirgacheffe Woreda, Iyasu Warasa oversees a 14-hectare plantation, along with a washing station managed by his family. Coffee plants thrive under the shade of banana trees, which help protect them from direct sunlight. After pulping, the coffee undergoes fermentation in tanks for 24–36 hours before being washed and dried on traditional raised beds.
