Welcome to MISTER® Coffee. We provide services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. If you visit www.mistercoffee.com.my, shop for or purchase goods or services at MISTER® Coffee, you accept these conditions.
MISTER® Coffee will refund and allow cancellation of orders according to the conditions listed under Shipping and Returns. A link to the “Shipping and Returns” page is available at the sidebar of every page of Buy Now.
Price Match Guarantee applies for ALL MISTER® Coffee products. In the event that you find a lower total price on another Peninsular-Malaysia-based website within 48 hours of purchase, MISTER® Coffee will refund or credit you the difference. You must contact us at sales@mistercoffee.com.my within 48 hours of your purchase order. The lower total price must be available at the time you contact us, determined by our customer service representative. The total price will be calculated by MISTER® Coffee including the cost of shipping to your address. The Price Match Guarantee is available for exact matches of products.
All requests, including receipts, are subject to verification by MISTER® Coffee. MISTER® Coffee will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by MISTER® Coffee personnel.
