Located in Yirgacheffe Woreda, Iyasu Warasa oversees a 14-hectare plantation, along with a washing station managed by his family. Coffee plants thrive under the shade of banana trees, which help protect them from direct sunlight. After pulping, the coffee undergoes fermentation in tanks for 24–36 hours before being washed and dried on traditional raised beds.
