Traditional Coffee / Kopitiam Coffee  
Traditional Coffee is coffee roasted together with sugar, margarine and salt. It is also known as "Coffee Mixture", or “Kopi O”, or “Kopitiam Kopi”. It is very hard to trace back accurately about whom actually started this Traditional Coffee in Malaysia. Anyway, this type of coffee has been a favorite to the majority of Malaysian & Singaporean since decades ago!  



100% Coffee  
100% Coffee is coffee roasted on its own, without any other foreign ingredients added. It is commonly and affectionately referred to as "pure coffee" and/or "white coffee"

“Speciality coffee is defined as a crafted quality coffee-based beverage, which is judged by the consumer (in a limited marketplace at a given time) to have a unique quality, a distinct taste and personality different from, and superior to, the common coffee beverages offered. The beverage is based on beans that have been grown in an accurately defined area, and which meet the highest standards for green coffee and for its roasting, storage and brewing.” -SCAE-
We classify some of the very rare and limited supplied coffee beans into Gourmet category, they are for example: Jamaica Blue Mountain, PuertoRico Reserva 360, and Ethiopia Bale Wild Forest, Nepal Everest etc.
